About Us
Canoe Kids Adventure Club is a licensed Childcare program running out of North Canoe Elementary School in Canoe B.C.
Full and part-time spaces open!
5-12 year old Before & After School Program
September 2025 3-4 year old Canoe Cubs Preschool Program.
We are happy to additionally offer Out of School days:
Pro-D Days, Early dismissal, Spring & Summer Camps!
We believe in the power of community, outdoor play, and hands-on learning to inspire curiosity, exploration, and adventure for every child in our program. We also value and support families by offering flexible, affordable programs with funding options available, including CCFRI GRANTS and ACCB subsidy funding, to make quality early childhood education accessible to all.
Nature & Play Inspired Programs
We proudly offer nature and play-inspired programs for all ages!
A Nature and Play inspired program is a structured initiative designed to promote engagement among children through activities that integrate outdoor experiences, natural environments and playful learning. These programs encourage exploration, creativity, physical activity, and social interaction while fostering an appreciation for nature and the world around them.
Before/After School
Monday-Friday
Before School 6:30 Am-8:15 Am
Kiddos enjoy a slow and easy morning transition into our cozy center to engage in inside activities such as baking, reading, free play or art before their day of school begins.
After School 2:30 Pm-5:30 Pm
In our afterschool program children arrive for free play time after a day of school with options to play with engaging toys, games and art. We provide a snack and kids engage in "snack chat" where they take time to share about their day and listen to one another. Gymnasium or outside time gives the children time to engage in active play of their choosing.
Out Of School Days
Dates Vary | 7:30 Am- 5:30 Pm
Providing out of school days fun for kids, Canoe Kids Adventure Club offers Pro-D Day, Early dismissal, Spring and Summer Break programs.
With a focus on Adventure, creativity and exploration, we offer a variety of activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
