When school is not in session, Canoe Kids Adventure Club offers engaging full-day programs that provide children with opportunities to play, explore, create, and connect. Rooted in nature-based and child-led learning, our Out of School Day Programs include outdoor adventures, creative activities, active play, and enriching experiences that support children’s social, emotional, and physical development. Our programs offer a safe, welcoming environment where children can enjoy meaningful experiences, build friendships, and make the most of their days away from the classroom.

Pro-D Day Programs & Early Dismissal Care
Reliable Care When School Is Out
Canoe Kids Adventure Club offers engaging Pro-D Day Programs and Early Dismissal Care to support families throughout the school year.
Our Pro-D Day Programs provide children with full days of enriching experiences that combine outdoor exploration, creative activities, physical movement, and opportunities for social connection. These special days often include themed activities, nature-based learning, community outings, and hands-on projects designed to keep children engaged and inspired.
Early Dismissal Care offers a seamless transition from the school day into a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. Children have opportunities to participate in outdoor play, creative activities, group games, and independent exploration while spending time with friends and trusted educators.
Whether attending for a Pro-D Day or an Early Dismissal afternoon, children can expect a welcoming atmosphere where they are encouraged to explore, create, and grow through play.
Our programs are designed to support children’s well-being while providing families with dependable, high-quality care throughout the school year.


Spring Break Day Camps
Exploration, Creativity, and Connection During School Breaks
Canoe Kids Adventure Club’s March Spring Break Day Camps provide children with engaging, nature-based experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, movement, and meaningful social connections.
Our camps are designed for children who thrive through play, discovery, and hands-on learning. Each day combines outdoor adventures with enriching indoor activities, creating opportunities for children to build confidence, develop friendships, and enjoy a sense of belonging within a supportive environment.
Children can look forward to nature walks, outdoor exploration, park visits, creative projects, active games, and child-led free play. We also welcome a variety of guest facilitators and community partners who bring unique learning experiences to our program, including art, music, wellness, and environmental education.
At Canoe Kids Adventure Club, we believe that children learn best when they are given the freedom to explore their interests while being supported by caring and experienced educators. Our Spring Break Camps offer a balance of structure and flexibility, creating a safe and engaging space where children can learn, grow, and have fun.
*Part-time and drop-in spaces may be available. Registration is required and spaces are limited.

Forest Friends Summer Program
A Summer of Adventure, Friendship, and Outdoor Discovery
The Forest Friends Summer Program offers children an active and memorable summer experience centered around outdoor play, exploration, and connection with nature.
Throughout the summer, children participate in a variety of engaging activities designed to foster confidence, independence, creativity, and social development. Our program makes the most of the natural beauty and recreational opportunities available in Canoe and the surrounding community.
Activities may include beach outings, forest exploration, park adventures, water play, nature-based learning experiences, creative arts, sports, community excursions, and special events. Every day is thoughtfully planned to encourage curiosity, movement, and meaningful childhood experiences.
Our experienced educators create a welcoming and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore, build friendships, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors.
